Dr. Agnes Kunkel has more than 20 years experience in international business consulting. Agnes Kunkel is the founder and owner of Dr. Kunkel GmbH. She specializes in negotiation trainings and business coaching. During the past ten years she has been conducting workshops and coaching top-level executives, serving a broad range of industries such as automotive, aerospace, financial services, law firms and construction.

Agnes builds on over 20 years of experience in the field of management and international business consulting. Before becoming a trainer she was specialized in M&A transactions. Agnes started her professional career at McKinsey & Co. in Munich. Agnes holds a PhD in Agricultural Policy.

She is the author of “Verhandeln nach Drehbuch”, a book focusing on negotiation strategies. Agnes holds a lectureship for “International Conduct of Negotiation & Moderation” at the University of Applied Sciences in RavensburgWeingarten. She is also a lecturer of the “Global Leadership Program” at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, as well as a lecturer for the executive program “Certified Private Equity Analyst” at the Executive Education Center of the Technical University of Munich.
